Position Summary
Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an experienced Workday Talent & Learning Lead to provide strategic guidance and implementation expertise for the deployment of Workday Talent and Learning modules. The consultant will advise on best-practice methodologies, guide the transition of the annual employee performance evaluation process from HealthStream to Workday Talent, and support learning management system deployment strategy. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Workday Talent, Workday Learning, and HealthStream LMS, along with a strong understanding of performance management processes and implementation best practices.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and direction for the deployment of Workday Talent and Learning SKUs.
• Advise on Workday Talent and Learning best practices, implementation methodologies, configuration approaches, and adoption strategies.
• Assess the current annual employee performance evaluation process in HealthStream and guide the transition to Workday Talent.
• Define future-state performance management processes, implementation plans, and timelines aligned with the organization's annual evaluation cycle.
• Share industry best practices, lessons learned, and recommendations from other organizations implementing performance management through Workday.
• Provide expertise in learning management system deployment, specifically involving HealthStream LMS and Workday Learning.
• Evaluate current learning management processes and advise on alignment with Workday capabilities and organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and implementation teams to support solution planning, decision-making, and deployment readiness.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading or advising Workday Talent and Learning implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Talent, Performance Management, and Workday Learning capabilities.
• Experience with HealthStream LMS and learning management system implementation or transition initiatives.
• Experience evaluating existing performance management processes and designing future-state workflows.
• Understanding of annual employee performance evaluation cycles and associated implementation planning.
• Ability to provide strategic recommendations, communicate best practices, and guide stakeholders through implementation decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare industry experience, preferably within a hospital or health system.
• Experience transitioning performance management processes from HealthStream to Workday.
• Knowledge of learning management system integrations, change management, and user adoption strategies.
• Experience advising organizations on Workday Talent and Learning deployment approaches
