Job description:

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end PLM implementation and transformation projects from planning through deployment.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
Drive PLM process improvements across Product Data Management, BOM, ECO/ECN, NPI, and related product lifecycle processes.
Translate business requirements into functional PLM solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate testing, UAT, deployment, change management, and project deliverables.
Apply Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in PLM Project Management.
Strong functional experience with PLM implementations and business process transformation.
Strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), PDM, BOM, ECO/ECN, and NPI processes.
Hands-on/project experience with at least one major PLM platform, preferably Siemens Teamcenter.
Strong experience managing business stakeholders, vendors, cross-functional teams, and project delivery.
Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

PMP certification is a plus.
Experience with large-scale/global PLM transformation programs is preferred.
Experience working with manufacturing, engineering, automotive, aerospace, or high-tech organizations is a plus.
