Job Description:

• As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in providing delivery governance and execution oversight for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• This is a hands-on delivery leadership role with responsibility for coordinating complex, cross-functional programs and leading Scrum Masters supporting the programs.
• Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end project and program delivery across multiple, cross-functional digital initiatives—from concept and planning through design, development, testing, and delivery of usable prototypes and solutions Partner closely with engineering, business, design, and platform teams to define scope, manage dependencies, identify constraints, assess risks, and establish realistic delivery timelines.
• Provide delivery governance and execution oversight for complex digital transformation programs.
• Lead and mentor a team of Scrum Masters, coaching them on specific tools, frameworks, and DevSecOps delivery processes.
• Proactively identify and manage technical, procedural, legal, logistical, and communication risks, working with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies and resolve issues. Coordinate and streamline communication across internal and external teams, including clear and timely updates to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with program and product leadership to shape and deliver the product roadmap, balancing strategic priorities with tactical execution.
• Switch seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution to ensure delivery of both technical and business outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with Agile delivery practices, SDLC standards, and quality expectations Support integration planning, deployment readiness, and testing coordination across systems and platforms.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience delivering complex programs within CPG organizations or top-tier consulting firms Proven track record of delivering large, cross-functional, technology-driven projects Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevSecOps practices, and modern SDLC models.
• Experience working with web services, middleware, databases, data platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing delivery teams Skills & Competencies.
• Strong delivery mindset with a clear understanding of the difference between building software and successfully shipping software.
• Highly analytical and quantitative, with the ability to connect dependencies across workstreams Pragmatic, iterative approach to delivery with a focus on simplification and execution Ability to dive deep into technical architecture, infrastructure, data dependencies, and integration requirements.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and business partnership skills, including the ability to uncover underlying needs and recommend optimal technical and business solutions Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership Strong judgment, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail Proven capability to lead teams through aggressive timelines and complex transformations.
