Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Application Programmer III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MuleSoft (Mule ESB), REST/SOAP web services, and Oracle SQL/PLSQL and a proven ability to develop, migrate, and support enterprise-scale integration services for a claims orchestration platform.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support applications using the MuleSoft technology stack.


• Lead and execute migration activities for the Fraud & Claims Claims Orchestration Platform (COP).


• Build and maintain REST and SOAP web services with enterprise-grade quality.


• Collaborate within Agile teams to plan, develop, test, and deliver integrations.


• Ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management Standards and evidence requirements.


• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis to drive stability.


• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and the hiring manager as primary point of contact.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of MuleSoft development with Mule ESB.


• 5+ years building web services using REST and SOAP.


• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PLSQL.


• Working knowledge of Agile methodology, software development, and testing processes.


• Working knowledge of Enterprise Change Management Standards and evidence requirements.


• Strong communication, relationship, and process management skills.


• Ability to engage senior leaders, managers, and team members effectively.


• Organized, motivated, team-oriented, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.


• Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate stakeholder needs.


• Confident and assertive communicator with the ability to influence.


• Ability to multitask and adapt to time-critical business needs.


• Proven ability to build trusted relationships across global locations.


• Leadership skills to manage cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience within Fraud & Claims or financial services environments.


• Familiarity with MuleSoft deployment pipelines and CI/CD practices.

Work Arrangement & Hiring Process Details:

• Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week. Onsite day 1.


• Target start: June or July.


• Interview: 1 round video interview.


• Glider assessment for ID verification.


• Max 3 submissions per vendor.
