Salesforce Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Salesforce Analyst to work on-site in Pittsburgh, PA, Birmingham, AL, Miamisburg, OH or Cleveland, OH.

Responsibilities:
* Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and JAD sessions
* Define system scope, objectives, and solutions aligned with business, technical, and industry needs
* Analyze and improve user interfaces, business processes, and data quality/reporting
* Configure and customize Salesforce solutions to support business and client requirements
* Perform data analysis, develop SQL scripts, and create new or enhanced reports
* Respond to ad-hoc data requests and advise users on available data feeds and reporting options
* Partner with developers and SMEs to identify risks, resolve issues, and support project delivery
* Support product releases, IT lifecycle processes, and continuous improvement initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:
* Salesforce configuration, customization, and external system integrations
* Strong business analysis skills with experience in Agile environments
* Banking or financial services domain experience
* Strong SQL skills
* Strong leadership, collaboration, and ownership across multiple initiatives
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and adaptability skills
* Strong time management, organization, and self-motivation
* Ability to handle complex situations and resolve conflicts effectively
* Clear verbal, written, and technical communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
