RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Program Manager in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Maryland Heights, MO.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as a Program Manager for the Buyflow Services team
* Partner with key stakeholders including Digital Sales, Self Service Products and Platforms (SSPP), Product Organizations, Customer Operations, and other departments within SD/IT to manage complex programs
* Partner with key stakeholders to create and deliver a cohesive technology strategy and roadmap and ensure alignment with the product delivery roadmaps
* Create and maintain relationships with new and existing stakeholders of the Buyflow Services Portfolio
* Participate in intake meetings, identifying impact to Buyflow Services
* Participate in the prioritization activities with stakeholders and communicate priority to Buyflow Services development teams
* Enable leadership decisions through the facilitation impact analysis with Buyflow Services development teams
* Create and maintain ticket hierarchy that facilitates the implementation of business initiatives as prioritized by leadership
* Assist with communications that ensure alignment with internal and external teams
* Assist reporting for executive consumption regarding delivery product roadmap and team performance
* Proactively manage change control and communicate impact of scope, identify risks/issues, and devising contingency plans
* Responsible for enabling teams to meet their commitments by assisting in the identification, communication, and escalation of risks/issues within leadership and communicating impacts to stakeholders
* Foster continuous improvement of delivery process through recommendations and implementation of changes within Buyflow Services
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience
* 3+ years of experience in IT or Engineering
* 3+ years of Project or Program Management experience
* Knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
* Knowledge about Agile techniques (e.g., Features, Capabilities, Continuous Integration, TDD, etc.)
* Familiarity with Jira, Rally, MS Azure DevOps, or similar SDLC tools
* Advanced ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
* Advanced communication skills (verbally and in executive or other written materials)
* Advanced understanding and ability to manage complex program and project budgets
* Ability to adapt to a new environment and make an impact quickly
* Ability to manage and foster change
* Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups
* Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
* Ability to drive multiple projects and tasks
* Ability to effectively analyze and interpret data
* Ability to show judgment and initiative to accomplish job responsibilities
* Ability to document, prepare, and deliver data-driven presentations
* Ability to manage and influence multiple key stakeholders and build consensus
* Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
* Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers
Preferred Education:
* Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is preferred
* Agile Scrum Master or Product Owner training preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
