Experience supporting Active Directory and Microsoft 365 in a business setting.
Ability to troubleshoot printer, driver, and print server issues, particularly with HP devices.
Foundational understanding of networking concepts, including connectivity testing, protocols, switching, and basic Cisco environments.
Experience with device deployment methods such as Autopilot and standard desktop imaging practices.
