Summary

Position: Salesforce QA Lead with SOC/Audit Experience

Duration:6-12 Months

Location: 100% Remote

What will this person be doing on a day-to-day basis? What are the main objectives for this role?

Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to approximately 7 QA resources.

Help organize priorities and ensure QA work is progressing and being completed.

Provide guidance and support when individuals or teams are struggling.

Lead by example and remain hands-on with QA and systems.

Follow up on work and hold the team accountable for deliverables.

Support Salesforce as well as other projects across the organization.

May assist with SOC auditing and audit responses.

Formal performance reviews will remain with Rick.

Must have requirements:

Strong QA leadership/QA Lead experience.

Salesforce experience is highly preferred and more important than SOC/audit experience.

Strong manual QA and system-testing background.

Experience working in an environment with test automation.

Ability to write tests/test cases that can eventually be automated; does not need to personally develop the automation.

Strong ownership, organization, and follow-through.

Ability to lead by example and hold QA resources accountable.

SOC/audit and audit-response experience is beneficial.
