The Mission

StaffRight Associates is sporcing for a high-caliber Scientist to architect the data landscape for a world-class computational research collective. This role is positioned at the critical nexus of molecular dynamics, machine learning (ML), and drug discovery. You will not merely manage data; you will formalize the technical strategy that translates raw chemical and biological information into actionable intelligence for advanced algorithmic modeling. This is a mission-critical opportunity to influence the trajectory of therapeutic development by bridging the gap between wet-lab experimentation and high-performance computational synthesis.


Core Technical Objectives

  • Synthesize multi-dimensional scientific datasets, ensuring structural alignment between biological assays and machine learning architectures.

  • Engineer bespoke curation pipelines to process complex chemical and pharmacological data, maintaining the highest levels of fidelity for predictive modeling.

  • Orchestrate data strategy in direct collaboration with ML researchers to optimize the feedback loop between computational simulations and experimental results.

  • Validate the integrity of large-scale datasets derived from medicinal chemistry and pharmacology, ensuring they meet the rigorous standards required for atomic-level simulations.

  • Deploy advanced analytical methodologies within a high-performance Linux environment to accelerate the discovery of highly selective, targeted therapeutics.

Academic & Research Pedigree

  • Ph.D. Foundation: A Doctorate in Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacology, Biology, or a closely related STEM discipline from a premier institution is mandatory.

  • Laboratory Rigor: Minimum of three years of industrial laboratory experience, demonstrating a mastery of first-principles within a drug discovery context.

  • Technical Synthesis: Proven ability to apply mathematical and scientific rigor to the curation of complex datasets, ideally with a thesis or research background that emphasizes the intersection of experimental science and computational analysis.
