Job Role: Technical Program Manager (TPM) - M&A with CPQ Experience

Job Description:
Responsibilities
1. Translate Requirements into Tactical Tasks: Break down integration strategies and business requirements into actionable tickets, sequencing steps, and delivery tasks for the commercial domain.
2. Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between IT, Sales Ops, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of system and platform consolidations under tight timelines.
3. Status Reporting & Risk Documentation: Provide regular, execution-focused updates on workstream health and maintain documentation of blockers for escalation to the Program Lead.
4. Workstream Issue Resolution: Support resolving delivery hurdles within CPQ and Sales domains, coordinating with IT and internal teams to meet roadmap deadlines.
Skills
1. M&A Integration Program Delivery: Proven experience leading post-merger integration workstreams across enterprise domains.
2. Cross-Domain Execution & Dependency Management: Strong ability to manage interdependencies across GTM, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, and Data integration environments.
3. Enterprise Platforms & Technology Acumen: Experience with CRM, customer support platforms, data/analytics stacks, and infrastructure integrations.
4. Governance & Stakeholder Management: Ability to drive execution through structured governance, provide executive-ready updates, and facilitate timely business stakeholder decisions.
5. Hands-On, Independent Execution: Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, proactively identifying risks, driving resolution, and maintaining delivery under tight timeline.
