Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Patient Support Services (PSP) domains. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving the successful delivery of solutions that support patient services, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency in highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements for healthcare and patient support solutions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.

Support systems related to Patient Support Programs (PSP), patient services, clinical data, claims processing, and CRM platforms.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and data governance requirements, including HIPAA and patient privacy considerations.

Participate in solution design, testing, implementation, and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.

Facilitate stakeholder communication, requirements workshops, and user acceptance testing activities.

Required Skills:

12+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience within Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Patient Support Services.

Strong understanding of healthcare business processes, regulated environments, and patient data privacy requirements.

Experience in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, system documentation, and stakeholder management.

Knowledge of patient services platforms, clinical systems, claims processing, and CRM applications.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Patient Support Programs (PSP), including:

Intelligent Patient Onboarding

Adherence & Patient Engagement Programs

Affordability Workflows (Copay Assistance, Benefits Verification, Reimbursement Support)

Specialty Pharmacy Processes (preferred)

Experience supporting digital transformation and healthcare technology initiatives.
