The OpportunityWe are partnering with organizations in Hart that are seeking Process Engineers. Key Responsibilities- Designs, implements, and optimizes manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Conducts root cause analysis and develops corrective actions for process deviations and quality issues.
- Develops and maintains process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Implements and monitors process control strategies to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate new products and technologies into existing manufacturing lines.
- Utilizes statistical process control (SPC) and other data analysis tools to identify process improvements.
- Provides technical support and training to production personnel on new and existing processes.
Recommended Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., Green Belt certification) for process optimization and waste reduction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience utilizing statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and CAD software.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing process improvements, leading to measurable gains in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
Bonus Qualifications- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or higher)
- Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic)
- Proficiency in a scripting language (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis
- Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with SCADA or MES systems
