Technical Writer

Must have experience with Software user guides, SOPs for softwares.

Healthcare experience is a big nice to have.

Having experience with AI Bot software user guides and SOPs is a very big nice to have.

Need for the role: developed and implemented an AI Chat Bot to support the business users and how to use various applications and the AI Chat Bot will be using the user guides and SOP as their source. So, the team is looking for a technical write who can transform, update and create software application user guides and SOP so the chat bot can consume it for out put to the users.

Must have skills: Must have 3+ years of solid technical writing experience in software application user guides and SOPS.

Must have solid MS word experience.

Must have experience with Adobe Acrobat.

Must have SharePoint user experience as the client uses SP as their document repository.

JIRA is nice to have.

Salesforce experience is nice to have as well.

Having experience developing user guides and SOP for healthcare applications is big nice to have.

Experience developing enterprise level software and applications will be ideal.

If they have experience working on a similar AI Chat Bot consumption project will a good fit as well.
