Job Details

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up construction projects from planning through successful execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, exceptional leadership capabilities, and commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of project execution and coordination, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Conduct pre-construction meetings, prepare project schedules, oversee site logistics, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Monitor project financials including change orders, purchase orders, submittals, and RFIs.
Facilitate regular jobsite meetings and ensure compliance with contract requirements and project specifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor or construction management firm.
Proven track record managing medium- to large-scale ground-up commercial construction projects.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with project management tools and construction scheduling software.
