A bit about us:

We are seeking an experienced, driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing commercial ground-up projects, utilizing project management tools such as Procore, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role is instrumental in leading and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee all aspects of construction project management, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and implementation.
  • Utilize Procore project management software to track project progress, manage project documents, and communicate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Manage all phases of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Lead project meetings, providing regular updates on project status, potential issues, and key milestones.
  • Review and approve contractor bids, change orders, and invoices, ensuring that all costs are accurately captured and tracked.
  • Manage project risks, identifying potential issues and proactively developing solutions to mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as with company policies and procedures.
