Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for overall project execution, including schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction. The Project Manager works closely with owners, design partners, subcontractors, and field leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage commercial construction projects from award through closeout
Maintain responsibility for project schedule, budget, cost control, and reporting
Coordinate closely with superintendents to support field operations and site activities
Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and scope coordination
Review drawings and specifications to ensure scope clarity and constructability
Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and engineers
Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and project milestones
Oversee project closeout, commissioning, and warranty documentation

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
General contractor or construction management background required
Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors
Experience with cost tracking, scheduling, and contract administration
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficiency with construction project management software
