We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Construction Project Manager to join our fast-paced and innovative team. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-profile construction projects and to make a significant impact on our company's success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management with project experience within the commercial, retail, government or education sectors. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from initial planning to completion, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budget constraints.

Job Details

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in multifamily and renovation construction.
2. Proven experience in project management and supervision, including the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and legal regulations.
4. Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively.
5. Proficient in preparing and analyzing project bids, purchase orders, and contracts.
6. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
7. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
8. Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
9. Professional certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
10. OSHA certification.
