Role Overview
A highly skilled technical professional is sought for the role of Level 3 Engineer. This position is responsible for providing advanced support, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex issues within the organization's IT infrastructure. The role will focus on the Regulatory Messaging project and requires an individual who can ensure minimal disruption to business operations through expert problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve escalated technical problems to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Implement, maintain, and optimize systems, networks, and applications according to industry best practices.
- Lead root cause analysis for recurring incidents and develop solutions to prevent future issues.
- Provide guidance and support to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, assisting with technical development and knowledge sharing.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to deliver infrastructure upgrades and new deployments.
- Document solutions, procedures, and technical standards for internal use.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and security threats relevant to the organization.
Required Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role is required.
Technical Skills:- Advanced understanding of operating systems, networking, and security protocols.
- Hands-on experience with Python development, including troubleshooting and maintaining applications.
- Hands-on experience with .NET Core development, including troubleshooting and maintaining applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant industry certifications such as CCNP, MCSE, or CompTIA Security+ are desirable.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Compensation
Pay Rate: $65.00/hr - $70.24/hr
