Job Description:
  • The Enrollment Technician II is responsible for processing and maintaining accurate membership enrollment records for various lines of business.
  • The role includes managing enrollment updates, verifying member information, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and member identification processes.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum three years of experience in membership enrollment, member services, billing operations, claims operations, or data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail when working with large volumes of data.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
  • Experience processing enrollment requests and maintaining membership records.
  • Experience verifying enrollment status and making updates to member information.
  • Experience researching and resolving enrollment system discrepancies.
  • Experience processing membership terminations and other enrollment events.
  • Experience performing reconciliation activities and resolving discrepancies.
Responsibilities:
  • Enroll subscribers and dependents for multiple lines of business based on requests received through various communication channels.
  • Verify enrollment status and update membership records as required.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies within enrollment systems.
  • Process membership terminations and other enrollment-related events.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation processes and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure member identification cards are released only after enrollment updates are completed and verified.
  • Coordinate with billing teams to ensure all group enrollments are processed before billing cycles.
  • Support training activities for new team members and assist with training res for existing staff when needed.

  • Proficiency with office productivity tools, especially spreadsheet applications.
Qualification And Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
