Mobile Developer

Description

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Developer to lead the creation of a new mobile application platform. This opportunity is well suited for a hands-on technical leader who can shape architecture, guide product direction, and deliver a high-quality experience across mobile platforms. The role blends strategic decision-making with active development, requiring close collaboration with business partners and leadership to build a scalable, configurable solution from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

Direct the technical design and delivery of a new mobile application initiative from early planning through release.

Create and implement cross-platform mobile solutions for iOS and Android using modern development tools and frameworks, including .NET MAUI.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather business objectives, clarify functional needs, and convert them into practical technical plans.

Define application architecture, coding standards, and engineering practices that support maintainability, performance, and future growth.

Champion a product-centered mindset by improving usability, flexibility, and overall customer experience throughout development.

Assess market offerings and help identify features and capabilities that strengthen the product's competitive position.

Guide key choices related to mobile strategy, platform capabilities, integrations, and longer-term roadmap planning.

Serve as the team's mobile expert by providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, and influencing solution direction.

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience building mobile applications in structured work environments.
Strong background developing solutions for both iOS and Android platforms.
Demonstrated expertise with .NET MAUI and other current mobile application technologies.
Proven ability to lead architecture efforts and deliver greenfield application builds.
Experience aligning technical execution with product goals and broader business priorities.
Track record of designing configurable, user-focused mobile applications with strong usability.
Effective communication skills with the ability to work across technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
Capability to drive architectural planning, solution design, and development roadmap decisions.
