Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Success Manager responsible for managing existing enterprise accounts, driving account growth, and building strong client relationships in the US IT Services market.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow existing client accounts
Drive up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts
Engage with CXO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders
Ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention
Handle escalations and coordinate with delivery teams
Identify new opportunities within existing accounts
Manage multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Client Success / Account Management
Experience in IT Services / IT Consulting organisations
Strong exposure to the offshore delivery model
Proven track record of account growth and revenue expansion
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong relationship-building and client engagement abilities.
