Job Description:
We are looking for a pure hunter Sales Consultant responsible for new logo acquisition and end-to-end sales in the US IT Services market. The role requires building a pipeline from scratch, managing the full sales lifecycle, and closing deals independently.
Responsibilities:
Build and manage a new business pipeline through cold outreach and social selling
Own complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Consistently close 1–2 deals per month
Sell IT Services across Cloud, Data/AI, ServiceNow, and Managed Services
Engage with CXO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders
Manage long sales cycles (6–12 months)
Work closely with pre-sales teams for solutioning
Maintain CRM, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene
Requirements:
Strong experience in US IT Services sales (hunter role)
Proven experience in new logo acquisition
Experience with mid-sized IT services companies (2,000–10,000 employees, India HQ)
Strong exposure to the offshore delivery model
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a high-ownership, target-driven environment.
