  • Manage data integrity, validation, and reconciliation post-migration.
  • Administer Jira Software and Confluence in both Data Center and Cloud environments during transition phases.
  • Design and maintain complex Jira workflows, schemes, automation, dashboards, and advanced JQL filters.
  • Re-engineer integrations between Atlassian tools and CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and other enterprise platforms for Cloud compatibility.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to platform teams and application owners during migration.
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Experience: 5-8+ years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian Jira and Confluence Data Center platforms. Proven, hands-on experience leading Data Center to Cloud migrations for Jira and/or Confluence is required.

Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of Jira workflows, schemes, permissions, automation, advanced JQL, dashboards, and reporting. Strong troubleshooting skills across applications and integrations. Experience with cloud implementation, including data on the cloud and integration with the cloud.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a solution architect.
  • Experience handling plugin rationalization and Cloud app replacement strategies.
  • Scripting and automation experience using Groovy, ScriptRunner, or Jira Automation.
