Job Description:
Join our team as a Store Manager in Santa Clara, CA. 
This full-time role involves leading and developing a retail team, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing store operations. 
You will utilize general software tools to drive business growth and maintain operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate effectively to train and develop staff, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Achieve sales goals and manage profit and loss, along with inventory control.
Establish a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship selling and client base building.
Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies adhered to.
Engage with the community through events and advertising opportunities.

Qualifications
Preferred 4-year degree.
5 years of specialty retail management experience.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficient in general office software.
