Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow SPM/PPM modules.
  • Conduct requirement gathering and solution design workshops.
  • Work on Demand, Portfolio, Project, Agile, Resource and Financial Management.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs and portfolio analytics.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with ERP and third-party project management tools.
  • Support PMO transformation, testing, deployment and hypercare.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on SPM/PPM implementation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Demand, Portfolio, Project and Resource Management.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience working with PMO and portfolio governance teams.

Mandatory Certifications:

  • ServiceNow CSA
  • ServiceNow CIS-SPM
