Summary

We are looking for Training Associate for our client in Concord, NC
Job Title: Training Associate
Job Location: Concord, NC

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and maintaining 36 functional area training matrices, including review, updates, and approvals in QDocs.
  • Support course and curriculum periodic reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Run LMS reports to support site quality investigations and ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Manage and respond to L&D team email requests, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Support ServiceNow requests including class creation, management, cancellation, and course lifecycle updates.
  • Coordinate scheduling of instructor-led training sessions with external providers.
  • Manage learning plans, including activation for contractors and curriculum assignments/unassignments.
  • Support development and revision of training materials such as OJTs and instructor-led content.
  • Execute training streamlining initiatives including functional area mapping, assessment mapping, and curriculum architecture improvements.
  • Coordinate logistics for instructor-led sessions including registrations, rosters, room arrangements, and surveys.
  • Manage post-training surveys and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Organize training data, metrics, and reporting for process optimization.
  • Collaborate with teams to update and enhance training programs based on feedback and business needs.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in learning administration, training coordination, or L&D support roles.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in manufacturing or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with training documentation systems such as QDocs.
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors or training providers.
