PeopleSoft Functional Consultant

This role will partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to streamline employee data, improve system accuracy, and ensure a smooth transition to a unified identifier across PeopleSoft HCM.

Responsibilities:

Assess current processes and define future-state workflows for Single ID

Support data mapping, conversion, validation, and payroll testing

Collaborate with technical teams on interface and integration updates

Provide documentation, end-user training, and go-live support

Required Skills & Abilities:

Proficient in implementing PeopleSoft Single ID, including consolidating existing multiple employee IDs and understanding downstream payroll impacts

Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll processes, including earn codes, earnings programs, paysheet build, retro adjustments and multiperiod payroll processing

Proficient in PeopleSoft Pay Group setup, PeopleSoft FLSA functionality, and its effects on payroll processing

Solid business and functional understanding of FLSA rules and calculations

Strong problem solving, communication, and cross functional collaboration skills.
