JOB SUMMARY

The SyteLine Functional Administrator is the primary functional owner of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine/CSI). This role partners with business stakeholders to understand processes, document functional requirements, configure the application, and lead testing and user adoption. The role ensures the ERP supports day-to-day operations effectively and that changes are delivered with strong documentation, controls, and training.

This position also requires availability for occasional after-hours or weekend support to address high-priority incidents, maintenance activities, or planned system upgrades.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Serve as the primary functional administrator for SyteLine/CSI, providing day-to-day support across assigned modules and business processes.

·         Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with technical teams or Infor/partners when code changes are required.

·         Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to document current-state and future-state workflows.

·         Write clear functional requirements (FRDs/user stories), including process flows, business rules, data needs, and acceptance criteria.

·         Translate business needs into SyteLine configuration and/or enhancement specifications.

·         Create and maintain test plans, test scripts, and UAT scenarios; coordinate UAT execution and sign-off.

·         Manage defect intake, triage, and retest cycles; validate changes meet requirements before production release.

·         Support cutover activities, hypercare planning, and Day 1 readiness.

·         Configure and maintain SyteLine settings, parameters, and master data governance within approved controls.

·         Identify process improvements, recommend best practices, and drive standardization across sites.

·         Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, training materials, and end-user guides.

·         Collaborate with IT/DBA/Integration teams on environment readiness, release scheduling, and downstream impacts.

·         Support reporting and data needs by defining requirements and validating outputs.

REQUIREMENTS:

·      Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

·      5+ years supporting ERP systems in a functional capacity. Infor CSI/SyteLine experience is required.

·      Strong understanding of core ERP processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory/Warehouse, Manufacturing, Finance).

·      Proven experience writing functional requirements and leading UAT/testing with documented test scripts.

·      Strong communication skills: can work with shop floor to finance leadership and translate needs into clear specs.

·      Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

·      Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

·      Willingness to provide support outside regular business hours when required.
