About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Systems Architect to support complex, high-impact initiatives and long-term technology planning. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate large-scale architectural challenges, influence technical direction, and ensure solutions align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
You will leverage your technical expertise to analyze multifaceted system environments, recommend strategic improvements, and provide guidance through ambiguous or unprecedented architectural problems. This role requires strong collaboration, structured thinking, and the ability to navigate complex technical ecosystems.
Responsibilities- Lead architectural assessments for large-scale, long-term, or multi-layered systems initiatives.
- Evaluate complex technical challenges, including ambiguous or unprecedented scenarios, and provide well-reasoned architectural recommendations.
- Consult on systems design decisions, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, security requirements, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive technical strategy and influence decision-making across teams.
- Support resolution of interconnected technical issues that require deep understanding of architecture frameworks, systems dependencies, and operational processes.
- Provide clear documentation, guidance, and thought leadership on architecture best practices.
Minimum Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, OR equivalent experience through a combination of:
- Professional or consulting work
- Technical training
- Military experience
- Relevant education
