Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field, or equivalent work experience.


A minimum of two (2) years of programming/systems analysis experience. Yes or No


Experience working closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand and document business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.


Experience aligning technology solutions with business and IT strategies and complying with the organization's architectural standards.


Experience in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding,


testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting applications software that is


delivered on time and within budget.


Experience making recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.


Experience in systems analysis, design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies when using modern development technologies like .Net, Java, Oracle, and SQL Server.


Experience with developing/optimizing data queries.


Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.


Preferred Qualifications


Able to work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida.


Experience developing, enhancing, and maintaining legacy Natural/Adabas applications.


Experience with the ETL tool Informatica.


Ten (10) years of programming/systems analysis experience.

1. Work closely with customers, business analysts, and OIT team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.


2. Align technical solutions with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization's architectural standards.


3. Work involved in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting application software that is delivered on time and within budget. 4. Make recommendations towards the development of new code or the reuse of existing code.


5. Participate in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation, and buy vs. build recommendations.


6. Perform systems analysis, design, and have a solid understanding of development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies.
