Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a hybrid Project Manager to join their team in Sandy Springs, GA.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting real estate technology platforms. This role will partner closely with Real Estate, Finance, Legal, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful planning, implementation, and optimization of systems that support site selection, lease lifecycle management, approvals, and financial compliance. The ideal candidate brings strong PMO discipline, hands-on system implementation experience, and the ability to translate real estate business needs into executable technology delivery plans.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of real estate system initiatives
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
* Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity while ensuring alignment to business priorities
* Serve as a delivery lead for real estate platforms
* Partner with Real Estate, Finance, Legal, and Construction teams to support capabilities
* Coordinate system integrations
* Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders
* Lead vendor relationships
* Facilitate executive updates, steering committee reviews, and working sessions.
* Ensure adherence to PMO governance standards
* Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
* Manage project financials
* Identify opportunities to streamline real estate processes through system capabilities and automation
* Drive adoption by supporting change management, training coordination, and post-go-live stabilization
* Measure and communicate delivered business value and operational improvements

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within enterprise IT or PMO environments
* Strong understanding of real estate lifecycle concepts
* Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
* Expertise with project management methodologies
* Strong financial acumen, including budget ownership and forecasting
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive-level presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:
* PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent project management certification
* Experience integrating real estate systems with ERP or financial platforms
* Experience working in retail, restaurant, or multi-site real estate environments
* Background in process optimization or digital transformation initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
