This is a remote role starting in March 2026 through 6/30/26, potential to extend based on performance and additional work.
1. Non-Standard Scenarios - ADO Migration & Power Platform ConnectionWhat:
- Data migration from ADO instance into another ADO
- Update connection & Power Automate flow from Microsoft Form to create new work Apex is seeking a Power Platform/ADO SME to Consult on a handful of projects. Projects are outlined below.
- This is a remote role starting in December 2025 through March 2026.

- Integrate with Power BI reporting structure
2. Attestation Teams "App"What:
- Create an integrated Teams App/Card
- Pull data from a datasource (dashboard or point-of-contact list)
- Embed into Teams/email
- Capture sign-off details (who, when, what) and reflect in dashboard

Program ScorecardWhat:
- Build a Power BI dashboard showing program scorecard status
- Include metrics like # of non-standard scenarios, escalations, etc.
- Pull data from ADO and other sources
4. Appeal Progress "App"What:
- Enable individuals to appeal automated decisions
- Embed card/app into workflow to collect info, review, and store decisions
- Similar to Attestation App but may involve ICM workflow
Tech Requirements:
- Azure DevOps (ADO)
- SharePoint
- Power Automate
- Power Platform (PowerApps)
- Power BI
- Teams App/Card agent work
Non Technical Requirements:- Consultative nature
- Comfortability working independently. (When given a scope and documentation, can propose a solution)
- Confident asking for help
