Summary

Product Manager AI (HR & Finance Solutions)

Own the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-powered products supporting HR (People Services) and Finance/Procurement functions. This role drives two high-priority AI initiatives focused on improving hiring workflows and retention, as well as enabling intelligent supplier spend analytics to deliver measurable business value and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AI product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, development, launch, and optimization
Manage two parallel AI initiatives (HR-focused and Finance/Procurement-focused) with clear value realization goals
Define and track OKRs, ensuring alignment with business and financial outcomes
Collaborate cross-functionally with business, product, data science, and engineering teams
Translate business needs into AI-driven solutions, including predictive analytics and automation use cases
Maintain product roadmap, sprint updates, and executive-level reporting
Drive pilots, scaling, and continuous improvement of AI/ML models and workflows
Ensure compliance with legal, privacy, and regulatory standards
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy

Qualifications

10+ years of product management or related experience, including 5+ years in a Product Manager role
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and model lifecycle
Proven stakeholder management across technical and business teams
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with data-driven decision making and enterprise systems
Experience with AI/ML deployment, predictive modeling, or generative AI
Background in HR, talent acquisition, finance, or procurement domains
Knowledge of compliance, privacy, or regulated environments
Experience with tools like JIRA or similar product management platforms
