Role: Oracle EBS R12 MSCA Consultant
Location: Itasca IL 60143 (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ months

Key responsibilities
• Associate will be part of the Client onsite team supporting Knowles. Oracle Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA) Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience in MSCA, deep understanding of warehouse and inventory processes, and the ability to design and deploy mobile-enabled supply chain solutions across enterprise environments
• Prepare and execute test scripts for MSCA-related flows (SIT, UAT).
• Conduct user training, knowledge transfer, and prepare SOPs.
• Provide hypercare and post-production support for mobile transactions.
• Troubleshoot MSCA performance issues, connectivity problems, or device-related failures.
Key Skills/Knowledge:
8–12 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain modules.
• Strong, hands-on experience implementing Oracle MSCA.
• Deep understanding of:
• Inventory module
• Purchasing
• Bill of Material & WIP Transactions
• Shipping & Receiving flows
• Experience in designing mobile data flows, barcode logic, and RF scanning.
• Ability to write functional specs and perform detailed analysis for custom MSCA forms.
Experience required:
• Support experience of Oracle Apps 11i/R12
• Experience with 3PL, distribution centers, or large warehouse environments.
• Familiarity with Oracle WMS, INV, or OM is a plus.
• Oracle Certification is an added advantage.
Nice To Have:
