Title 1# Oracle EBS R12 Discrete Manufacturing Consultant
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid / Remote)
Rates: $ 90-100 Hr. All Inclusive

Description:
Associate will be part of the Client s onsite team supporting End-Client. Experienced Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Discrete Manufacturing Consultant with strong functional expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle s Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of BOM, Routing, WIP, Inventory, and Planning processes and hands-on experience with multiple end to end Oracle R12 implementations in discrete manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
8 12+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Discrete Manufacturing implementation and support.
- Strong functional knowledge of:
- BOM & Routing
- WIP (Discrete Jobs)
- Inventory
Engineering & Item Structures
Hands-on experience with at least 2 3 full lifecycle implementations.
Strong understanding of manufacturing concepts such as:
- Work order execution
- Shop floor control
- Material resource planning
- Standard costing
- Serialization and lot control
Experience working in multi-org and global manufacturing environments.
Experience Required:
- Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Discrete Manufacturing modules including:
- Bills of Material (BOM)
- Routings
- Work in Process (WIP)
- Cost Management
- Inventory
- Engineering Change Orders (ECO)
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops with manufacturing, production, and engineering teams.
- Configure Oracle R12 Manufacturing modules based on business requirements.
- Support manufacturing execution, production sequencing, job creation, scheduling, completions, and move transactions.
- Align discrete manufacturing processes with Oracle best practices.
Title 2# Oracle EBS R12 Mobile Supply Chain Application Consultant
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid / Remote)
Rates: $ 90-100 Hr. All Inclusive
Duration: 12 Months (With possible extension)
Description:
Associate will be part of the TCS onsite team supporting Knowles. Oracle Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA) Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience in MSCA, deep understanding of warehouse and inventory processes, and the ability to design and deploy mobile-enabled supply chain solutions across enterprise environments
Key Responsibilities:
- 8 12 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain modules.
- Strong, hands-on experience implementing Oracle MSCA.
- Deep understanding of:
- Inventory module
- Purchasing
- Bill of Material & WIP Transactions
- Shipping & Receiving flows
- Experience in designing mobile data flows, barcode logic, and RF scanning.
- Ability to write functional specs and perform detailed analysis for custom MSCA forms.
Required Experience:
- Support experience of Oracle Apps 11i/R12
- Experience with 3PL, distribution centers, or large warehouse environments.
- Familiarity with Oracle WMS, INV, or OM is a plus.
- Oracle Certification is an added advantage.
Additional Remarks:
- Prepare and execute test scripts for MSCA-related flows (SIT, UAT).
- Conduct user training, knowledge transfer, and prepare SOPs.
- Provide hypercare and post-production support for mobile transactions.
- Troubleshoot MSCA performance issues, connectivity problems, or device-related failures.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate with operations, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to lead workshops and training sessions
