Technical Leadership Conduct detailed audit and assessment of current Zendesk configuration and workflows.
Assess readiness of configuration for implementation of Zendesk AI capabilities.
Develop insights| recommendations and plans to optimize architecture| performance| utilization and resulting data outputs.
Customer Stakeholder Engagement
Act as solutions lead to stakeholders| ensuring transparency and alignment on technical recommendations.
Clearly communicate findings and strategic insights.
Strategic Focus
Concentrate on strategy| architecture| and stakeholder engagement.
