Summary

Job Title: Zendesk Architect/Senior Developer

Location: Philadelphia, PA - onsite

Duration: 6 months

Rate: CTC: $65/hr | W2: $55/hr

Zendesk Architect/Senior Developer

  • Conduct detailed audit and assessment of current Zendesk configuration and workflows.
  • Assess readiness of configuration for implementation of Zendesk AI capabilities.
  • Develop insights, recommendations and plans to optimize architecture, performance, utilization and resulting data outputs.
  • Act as solutions lead to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on technical recommendations.
  • Clearly communicate findings and strategic insights.
  • Concentrate on strategy, architecture, and stakeholder engagement.
