Sr Staffing Operations Manager

We are looking for a Senior Staffing Operations Manager who can own the staffing business end‑to‑end — from lead generation and client relationships to fulfillment, contractor management, and invoicing.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has an existing Rolodex in banking, healthcare, and/or insurance
• Knows how to get MSAs signed directly
• Can bring in staffing requirements, fill them, and manage them through completion
• Is comfortable operating across sales, delivery, and operations

This is not a pure recruiting role.
This is not a pure sales role.
This is an operator role with commercial accountability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Client Development

• Leverage existing relationships and network to generate staffing opportunities within:
• Banking
• Healthcare
• Insurance
• Proactively develop new client relationships
• Drive conversations from initial intro through active staffing engagement
• Position us as a direct staffing partner, not just a vendor

2. MSA & Client Onboarding

• Own the process of getting MSAs executed directly with clients
• Work with internal legal/finance teams to:
• Finalize terms
• Ensure compliance
• Enable smooth onboarding
• Establish long‑term, repeatable client relationships

3. Requirement Intake & Fulfillment

• Gather and qualify staffing requirements (roles, rates, duration, skills)
• Coordinate with backend recruiting team to:
• Source candidates
• Screen and shortlist
• Close candidates
• Ensure roles are filled efficiently and aligned with client expectations

4. Staffing Operations Management

• Manage consultants across:
• W2
• C2C
• Oversee onboarding, extensions, replacements, and offboarding
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on staffing delivery issues
• Ensure high consultant and client satisfaction

5. Financial & Invoicing Oversight

• Own staffing‑related operational flow including:
• Timesheet tracking
• Billing validation
• Invoicing coordination
• Work closely with finance to ensure:
• Accurate invoicing
• Timely collections
• Maintain margin discipline across engagements

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 7+ years in staffing, consulting, or workforce solutions
• Proven experience working directly with clients in:
• Banking
• Healthcare
• Insurance
• Existing client relationships / Rolodex strongly preferred
• Experience with:
• Direct MSAs
• W2 and C2C staffing models
• End‑to‑end staffing operations
• Strong commercial and operational judgment
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and owning outcomes
