Summary

Role: Staffing Resource Manager

Location: Remote

Duration: Fulltime Permanent

Overview:

  • Resource Assignment: Assign qualified resources to customer projects based on a predefined evaluation process that considers skillsets, previous experience, current
  • availability, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Capacity & Demand Planning: Proactively analyze upcoming resource needs and project demand to develop plans that ensure sufficient resource availability for

anticipated workloads.

  • Utilization & Issue Management: Track and manage resource workloads and utilization rates. Identify potential resource bottlenecks and proactively address them

to avoid project delays.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Conduct regular status meetings with cross-functional stakeholders to review open project requests and resource allocation. Provide clear

and consistent information regarding resource availability and project progress.

  • Team Support & Strategy: Provide guidance and support to project teams on resource-related matters, including offering expertise in staffing strategies, identifying required skills for specific tasks, and resource acquisition strategies.
  • Systems & Data Management: Utilize designated internal CRM tools to document project assignments, track resource requests, manage the staffing pipeline, and maintain clear records.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Well versed in using Google Sheets & Google Slides
  • Revenue, Bookings, Variance Analysis
  • Proven experience in Resource Management, Staffing, or Capacity Planning.
  • Proven ability to work with and analyze large datasets, combined with strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data cleanup.
  • Experience tracking team utilization, identifying operational bottlenecks, and managing service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data tracking tools to manage assignments and maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear progress updates and advise teams on staffing strategies.
  • Ability to self-direct work in a fast-paced environment, functioning effectively both independently and as part of a team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science or related field.
  • SQL/BI Skills (Highly Desired): Significant advantage given to candidates who can leverage SQL and Business Intelligence tools to help move reporting beyond manual spreadsheets and deliver better, automated data insights.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams
  • 5+ years relevant experience in Project management, Data Analysis.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills; experience working with large datasets.
  • Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured, fast paced environment;
