Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Lead - CoPilot Adoption in Saint Louis, MO.

Project Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for leading enablement activities to increase usage of Copilot across the company. The role is focused on understanding product capabilities, enabling users through communication and training, and supporting adoption within established policies and guardrails.

Product & Capability:
* Understand current Copilot capabilities and limitations
* Stay abreast of emerging features
* Support usage in alignment with established governance, compliance, and acceptable use policies

Communication & Training:
* Develop Copilot communication content - tips, features, successes - and update channels
* Develop and maintain learning paths with curated training videos and customized user guides
* Deliver role-based Copilot training and coordinate Microsoft-led training

Adoption & Measurement:
* Evaluate usage data trends and advise on user experience insights
* Recommend activities to address adoption gaps and expand usage

User Community, Support & Feedback:
* Facilitate Copilot user forums and champion networks
* Collect and action user feedback

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:
* Provide updates on adoption progress to IT Leaders
* Support business leaders to adopt and model Copilot usage
* Support identification of recommended Copilot use cases by role/function

REQUIREMENTS:
* 1+ years of providing productivity tool or technical support to business users in a corporate setting
* 1+ years of creating communication/training content and conducting training for technology projects
* Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI-assisted productivity tools, and Microsoft Office
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Technology savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly
* Effective organizational and project management skills
* Self-starter with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a hybrid setting

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
