RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Senior Insights Specialist.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Global Insights Team in delivering high-impact brand, market, audience, and competitive insights that inform business and marketing decision-making across corporate markets and lines of business
* Lead execution of quarterly Topline Brand Health and Equity reporting, including publishing reports to internal knowledge sharing tool, InSight, ensuring analytical rigor, accuracy, and clear communication of key insights and implications
* Develop executive-level summaries of brand health and equity performance, synthesizing complex findings into concise narratives and recommendations in partnership with Insights leadership
* Support and contribute to Brand Health and Equity Deep Dives, including hypothesis development, analysis, insight synthesis, and storytelling
* Deliver market growth and opportunity analyses, incorporating market sizing, competitive dynamics, trend assessment, and strategic implications
* Conduct and synthesize market, competitive, and syndicated data analyses, identifying opportunities, risks, and emerging trends
* Lead execution of trends synthesis, analysis, and reporting (planned and ad hoc), integrating macroeconomic, industry, consumer, and competitive signals
* Assist with bespoke research in support of key business lines (e.g., replacement, commercial, fleet), from framing business questions through analysis, insight development, and recommendations
* Perform data pulls and analysis from internal and external sources, including Polk registration dashboards, to support market assessments and insight development
* Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations, reports, and executive-ready deliverables that translate complex analysis into compelling, easy-to-understand narratives
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Social Sciences, Analytics, Statistics, or Mathematics
* 4+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research/insights ideally in a global organization
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
* Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives
* Strong quantitative and qualitative research background, including experience working with syndicated data and secondary research (preferred)
* Proven experience in managing research programs from conception to completion (preferred)
* Proven experience delivering brand health & equity tracking, market analyses, and/or executive-level insight outputs (preferred)
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products, e.g., PowerPoint and Excel; comfort working with dashboards and large datasets (preferred)
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering closely with senior and cross-functional teams (preferred)
* Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and high-volume environment (preferred)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
