Job Title: IT Strategic Procurement Manager

Location: onsite at Exton, PA(Hybrid 3 days on onsite 2 days remote)

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Strategic Procurement Manager to lead and insource our IT procurement function in Exton, PA. This role will be responsible for strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and procurement execution in close collaboration with Senior IT Leadership across the U.S. and Canada.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing global IT suppliers, leading RFP processes, negotiating complex agreements, and supporting cloud migration and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Procurement & Sourcing

Lead IT strategic procurement planning and execution aligned with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
Develop and manage a multi-cloud, multi IT service provider supply chain to support cloud migration strategies.
Conduct end-to-end RFP, RFQ, and contract negotiation processes.
Drive competitive sourcing strategies for IT products and services globally.

Vendor & Supplier Management

Manage strategic relationships with global IT suppliers- Amazon AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, Verizon, Cisco, Dell, Infosys, Wipro and other top Software, SaaS, IT Services, Hardware providers.
Establish and maintain Master Services Agreements (MSAs) for key IT suppliers across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Infrastructure, and Application Development functions.
Develop and implement IT supplier scorecards based on Gartner IT benchmarks.
Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and manage supplier performance to ensure service excellence and cost optimization.

Cloud & Digital Transformation Support

Execute and negotiate cloud migration contracts with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle based on stakeholder requirements.
Partner with IT leadership to support digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
Ensure procurement strategies enable scalability, innovation, and cost efficiency.

Contract Negotiation & Risk Management

Negotiate high-value, complex, long-term global agreements for:
Software & SaaS
IT Services
Hardware
Telecom

Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, IT stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.

Optimize commercial terms, SLAs, pricing structures, and licensing models.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
7+ years of experience in IT procurement or strategic sourcing.
Strong experience managing global IT vendors and enterprise-level contracts.
Proven success negotiating high-value, complex technology agreements.
Experience supporting multi-cloud environments and digital transformation initiatives.
Strong analytical, financial, and contract management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
