Title: Quality Assurance, Manager (On-site)
Location: Tallahassee, FL || Duration: Long-Term
Required Skills and Experience
* A minimum of 7 years of related experience in working with business operations to implement large scale software systems.
* Experience in developing and conducting test processes for multiple types of systems, client users and/or units across an organization.
* Experience in management, supervisory or team leader experience.
* Experience in implementing ERP systems (PeopleSoft).
* Experience managing user acceptance testing including creating business test scripts, recording defects, and confirming business processes.
* Experience in managing projects and providing executive reports/briefings.
* Experience managing the human element of a large scale software implementations including creating communication and change management plans.
* Experience managing business operational adaptation and process reengineering during major software system implementations.
* Experience conducting readiness assessment to determine that a business organization s people, processes, and technology are ready for a software implementation.
* Experience with cutover planning and execution.
* Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
Preferred Skills and Experience
* Able to work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida.
* Experience in working with Florida state government.
