Summary

Title: Business Analyst – Process Improvement & Change Management
Location: Tallahassee, Florida (Onsite)

Summary:
Seeking a Business Analyst to support enterprise modernization initiatives with a focus on process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
This role blends business analysis with program operations, stakeholder engagement, and change management support, serving as a key bridge between business teams, technical teams, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business processes (As-Is / To-Be), workflows, and dependencies
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and operational optimization
  • Support change management efforts, including stakeholder readiness, communications, and training materials
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, trackers, and operational work plans
  • Create and distribute communications (status updates, briefings, newsletters)
  • Coordinate with business units, technical teams, and leadership to ensure alignment
  • Track KPIs, risks, and progress against program milestones
  • Facilitate meetings, gather input from SMEs, and document outcomes
  • Support overall program operations and PMO activities as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional projects
  • Experience with business process analysis, documentation, or operations support
  • Strong experience in stakeholder communication and engagement
  • Exposure to change management or organizational readiness efforts
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with business process mapping (As-Is / To-Be)
  • Experience facilitating workshops or sessions with stakeholders and SMEs
  • Familiarity with PMO environments, program support, or governance practices
  • Exposure to web-based applications or business systems
  • Experience supporting communications strategies or training initiatives

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
