Summary

Implementations Specialist – Digital Account Opening

Consultant with specialty experience in the implementations of Retail and Commercial Digital Account Opening solutions that will be accountable to the deployment of CSI’s Apiture Digital Account Opening solution.
Act as a liaison between Apiture and Clients on net-new client launches, conversion projects, client acquisition projects, program upgrades, technical changes or service projects for large, complex implementations.
May be responsible for driving complex, high priority implementations, conversions, projects or component phases of larger programs.
Develops, coordinates, and executes project plans, task schedules and resource activities to ensure on-time and effective project delivery.
At times will be responsible for gathering client requirements for software development that will support the client implementation, project or conversion.
Weekend work will be required for large, complex projects as new client launches, acquisitions, and conversions typically occur over the weekend.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional & cross-departmental teams that are responsible for all aspects of an implementation, project or conversion, from initiation to closure.
May communicate with Professional Services manager, Product managers, or Development managers regarding status of specific projects.

Requirements:

Digital Account Opening implementations
Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate industry experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, data analysis, decision making, good initiative, and judgement
Prior banking/credit union and/or FinTech experience required; 2-5 years required
Strong background in project or program management required; 2-5 years required
