Summary

Be part of a growing healthcare technology organization where modern cloud engineering, intelligent automation, and meaningful real-world impact come together.

As a DevOps Engineer, you'll play a key role in advancing the infrastructure behind a next-generation electronic medical records platform, helping create the secure, scalable, and reliable foundation that healthcare professionals depend on. This is an opportunity to go beyond maintaining infrastructure and actively influence how cloud environments are designed, automated, and continuously improved using Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern CI/CD practices.

You'll work in an engineering culture that embraces AI-assisted development, agentic workflows, and new approaches to solving complex infrastructure challenges. If you enjoy building things the right way, experimenting with emerging technologies, and having a genuine voice in technical decisions, this role offers the autonomy, ownership, and impact to make your mark.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Solid hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes, including container orchestration, cloud infrastructure architecture, cluster administration, and supporting highly available production environments.
  • Strong experience implementing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or comparable technologies, alongside designing and optimizing automated software delivery pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD platforms.
  • Practical experience incorporating AI-powered coding assistants, autonomous agents, and intelligent development workflows into everyday engineering activities to accelerate automation, troubleshoot infrastructure challenges, and improve deployment efficiency.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Exposure to advanced Kubernetes ecosystem technologies, including service mesh implementations, GitOps methodologies, and continuous delivery solutions such as ArgoCD or Flux.
  • Experience implementing modern observability practices using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar platforms to strengthen monitoring, troubleshooting, and infrastructure performance.
  • Familiarity with security-conscious, compliance-oriented technology environments, ideally supporting healthcare applications or other industries with demanding data protection and regulatory requirements.

  • Hands-On Engineering: 75%
  • Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: 25%
