Production Artist

Description

We are looking for a skilled Production Artist to join our team on a contract basis in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This part-time role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to creative projects while working onsite Monday through Thursday, with Fridays off. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing files for print and producing high-quality marketing materials.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and optimize design files for print production, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Operate digital press equipment to produce materials with attention to detail.
Collaborate on the creation of internal marketing collateral, maintaining brand consistency.
Ensure all production processes align with project timelines and specifications.
Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools to enhance designs and finalize production-ready files.
Maintain organized workflows to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to print or digital production.
Work closely with team members to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
Stay updated on industry trends to improve production techniques.

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Creative Cloud applications.
Strong experience in print production processes and techniques.
Demonstrated ability to prepare files accurately for printing.
Knowledge of production workflows and best practices.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work onsite Monday through Thursday in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
