Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and networking
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and effectively position services
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Deliver professional presentations and confidently close business
- Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to support successful project delivery
- Consistently meet or exceed established sales goals
Success Metrics
- Number of new client relationships developed
- Volume of qualified opportunities generated
- Frequency of repeat and referral business
- Responsiveness when clients require urgent services
Qualifications
- Strong persistence combined with professionalism; able to navigate challenging conversations while maintaining positive relationships
- Outgoing and personable, with the ability to quickly build rapport across various levels of an organization
- Organized and strategic thinker with a clear approach to managing a sales pipeline

- Experience in commercial sales or restoration services is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required, as driving is a key component of the role
