We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team in Leawood, Kansas. This contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage data-driven strategies to enhance marketing and sales performance. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing campaign effectiveness, optimizing customer acquisition, and driving actionable insights for business growth.
Responsibilities:
Analyze sales and marketing data to identify opportunities for client acquisition and improved conversion rates.
Develop and track marketing KPIs, ensuring effective measurement of campaign performance and customer engagement.
Conduct in-depth evaluations of marketing campaigns to uncover insights and provide recommendations for future strategies.
Utilize advanced marketing engagement tools to extract, analyze, and present data to senior leadership.
Collaborate with internal teams, including software engineers and data specialists, to access and utilize necessary datasets.
Create compelling data visualizations that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
Apply customer segmentation techniques to tailor marketing strategies and enhance targeting efforts.
Leverage AI tools and coding capabilities to optimize marketing automation and data processes.
Stay informed on industry trends and innovations to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B marketing, sales, or analytics roles.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in marketing KPIs, attribution modeling, and campaign metrics.
Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms and engagement tools such as HubSpot.
Advanced knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Experience in creating and interpreting data visualizations for senior-level audiences.
Solid understanding of customer segmentation and data-driven marketing strategies.
Familiarity with AI tools and their application in marketing analytics.
Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas for data analysis.
