Overview:
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician with strong experience providing both hands-on and remote end-user support in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in device imaging, endpoint management tools, and troubleshooting Windows-based systems, applications, and connectivity issues.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support
- Provide hands-on and remote PC support to end users, resolving hardware, software, and peripheral issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Windows operating systems, application errors, MS Teams, Outlook, VPN, and general network connectivity.
- Assist users via phone, email, chat, and remote desktop tools, ensuring high-quality service and communication.
Device Deployment & Imaging
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot device images using Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), formerly SCCM.
- Perform workstation setup, reimaging, and device refresh activities as part of ongoing deployment and lifecycle management efforts.
- Ensure devices receive proper policies, updates, and configurations during provisioning and imaging processes.
Helpdesk & User Support
- Act as a helpdesk resource to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, escalating advanced problems when necessary.
- Support user account tasks within Active Directory including password resets, basic group membership updates, and account troubleshooting.
- Maintain ticket documentation and follow established workflows to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Collaboration & Process
- Work closely with team members, system administrators, and network engineers to resolve escalated issues and ensure smooth operational support.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and documentation to improve troubleshooting efficiency and user experience.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to device deployment, support processes, and endpoint management.
Qualifications- At least 3 years of hands-on and remote desktop support experience in a corporate environment.
- Experience with imaging and device deployment using Intune, MECM/SCCM, or other enterprise endpoint management tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills covering network connectivity, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams), Windows OS, and common business applications.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
